Prices, Deposits and Cancellation
HIRE CHARGES from 1 January 2025 (unchanged for 2026!)
MAIN HALL (minimum hire 2 hours):

Parties, Socials, Concerts, Dances, all Stage Performances, all Fund Raising Functions | £20.00 per hour £25 per hour after 18:00 |

Discothèques (Charitable/Fundraising) | £25.00 per hour |
Commercial (all functions including discothèques) | £30.00 per hour |
After Midnight | Double the hourly rate |
Preparation and Clearing time (applies to full Main Hall rates only) | 50% of hourly rate |
OTHER
SMALL COMMITTEE ROOM (minimum hire 2 hours) | £10.00 per hour |
LARGE COMMITTEE ROOM (minimum hire 2 hours) | £12.00 per hour |
KITCHEN (for preparation of meals/buffets etc) | £30.00 per function |
BAR (compulsory when alcohol is to be consumed) | £50.00 per function |
Insurance Fee (compulsory) - covers accidental fire/damage to the buildings. Hirers are responsible, where applicable, for their own employer’s and public liability insurance. | £20.00 per function |
EQUIPMENT HIRE
Light refreshments including crockery | £10 per session |

Charity Rate: 75% of the total booking cost.
DEPOSIT:
Along with a completed Booking Form, a refundable deposit of £100 must be paid when the booking is made, with the balance of the booking charge to be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the function. The deposit will be refunded within 28 days of the event, provided the premises have been left in a satisfactory condition.
CANCELLATIONS:
To be notified not later than the date on which the balance is due, otherwise the hirer shall be liable for the entire cost of the booking.
